Here's what you can expect from working with this sham of a company, Global Security Integrators LLC (GSI Security):
Promises and deadlines that the owner, Mason Foreman, has zero intention of keeping or meeting
No updates on progress, equipment shipments, or on-site arrival dates and times until you request it multiple times
Regularly not showing up on time and deciding not to show up at all whenever they feel like it
Poor work ethic from the owner and his employees
No organization with standard job-site materials, so they regularly leave to purchase materials
Lies about equipment rental availability – Mason told us there was no rental equipment available near the job site. However, we confirmed with those companies directly that the rental equipment was in stock and available.
A 4-week project turned into a 16-week and counting project, with no hope of this project getting completed any time soon.
All in all, this is no way to run or operate a business, and I’m EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this company, the owner, and the employees. All I have is another empty promise that I will be delighted with the quality of their work when it is complete. However, at this point, Mason refuses to return my texts, calls, and emails, and I have no faith it will ever get completed or that I will ever be satisfied.
