"Hey, this is Suninder Singh, with the 2017 C300 White Mercedez Benz. I got my tires put on my car by you guys on Oct. 8th, 2021 with the help of Buddy Melvin, the service advisor. I told him that I should have been covered for my tires by warranty at the time, and if any costs were to arise, to contact me before working on my vehicle, nobody told me anything and worked on my car.
They charged me for the tires, which weren't even the correct size according to my google search, the correct tire size is 225/45R18, but your service department installed the incorrect size which is 245/40R18, and I am still paying for them on Indignfi.
I noticed a squeaking sound when they were changed and I brought it back to the service department to see what was going on. Your service crew told me there was nothing wrong so I didn't worry about it, as you were the professionals I trusted with my vehicle, business, and service.
I then came in on June 14th, 2022 to get an oil change and tire rotation. Since then my tires were getting progressively worse by the day, even though I rarely drove the car. I went to show you guys after a week or so of the sound getting worse and worse. The expert that came with me on a test drive told me it was a barring issue and you guys wrote up a charge of $1037. Here is my side of proof of what is going on in video format. My tires are rubbing against the suspension parts and turning into black dust.
I would like to rectify this situation as soon as possible because I feel as though my life is in danger while operating this vehicle. If anything happens because of the tires while driving, Nissan Grubbs is legally responsible for me and my vehicle."
This was the message I sent the Service Manager at Nissan Grubbs to his email and I have gotten no response even after calling and confirming that they received my message. I also have video proof, voice recording, and receipts. I have given them more than enough time to fix this but I'm not even getting a reply.
