My name is Zella Adkins I'm writting you today pretty upset with your dealership and it's customer care or lack there of. On February 28th last Friday I came into your dealership and purchased a pre-owned 2013 Infiniti JX35 with my fiancee Kenneth Williams. As an all cash offer we brought in the check for $13,900 and purchased the vehicle out right.

On our way home from the dealership we put a brand new dvd in the entertainment center just to have it not read and not eject the disc. Then within our 2hr drive home since we live in Wisconsin we started hearing noise in the front end anytime we were on a bumpy road. I called straight in to Eric the Salesman we purchased from and explained what was going on... He said he apologized about that and knowing we lived so far when would it work for us to come back in and have this taken care of.

He called me the next morning Saturday February 28th and with mine and my fiancee's busy work schedules we set up to come in on Wesnday March 4th to get the vehicle serviced. I came in on Wednesday March 4th they had me test drive my vehicle with one of your mechanics within minutes he agreed something was wrong with my front end suspension they gave me a loaner vehicle and told me it would probably take a few days to get a new dvd player into the shop.

The next morning I received a call from your service department I believe his name was Jeff stating that the vehicle needed 2 new front sway bar links and a new dvd player. I was told since we just purchased the vehicle not even a few days ago the dealership would cover half the cost of repairs and the repairs would cost $1,850.

I've spoke with Eric in sales Jeff in service and Joey in sales now and this is the best their telling me they can do. I fully understand in Illinois the lemon law only protects buyers with new vehicles purchased but I dont understand as the integrity of your dealership how you can sell vehicles like this to unsuspecting families and be ok with it.

In my opinion when you purchase a vehicle from a reputable dealer you should not have to have $2,000 worth of maintenance needed within the first few hours of owning it! Not to mention the vehicle was advertised with a entertainment package which is false advertisement it didn't work when we pulled off the lot. As well as the fact with in hours the sway bar links were making noise just on our trip home meaning the vehicle was sold to us broken!

I'm very upset I feel the dealership should do the right thing and repair the vehicle as it was advertised when sold to me or just tell me when I can pick up my vehicle I will take the loss and make sure even knows how your dealership treats their "customers". I am extremely upset as a mother of 5 I have my children in the back seat if the sway bar links break that affects my steering! As well as part of the whole reason I purchased a vehicle with an entertainment center.
