Contracted with this firm to stall eviction process so alternative housing could be found. Made 2 payments of $695 and $596 before suspicion was aroused that nothing was being done to earn the fees. I never did get a 3 day notice that would have started the eviction process. I asked repeatedly for any documents that were produced on my behalf to stall the process. Nothing was given. I stopped any further bank account withdrawals from this company.
I would recommend not using any of these companies until a eviction notice is received this company colected 2 moths of feees and did absolutely nothing as contracted.
