My husband got a phone call today 03/013/17 from a company saying we were being sued by a greenwood Holding Company for 845.00. We have never used or had a loan with this company. They called gave a week to give them an answer on what we plan to do. They had my husbands name but my email address which tells me its fraud please do not pay these people they are fraud.
I am contacting my state attorney for fraud charges against this company or to investigate this company. This person who cantacted me today said the loan was taken out in April , 2011. Number one for me she said can she speak to my husband explained he was working, the person, stated to me, that she could discuss this with me. What company tells you that if it is legitamite she would have only asked to speak with my husband not me.
The phone number is not even the same as the phone number that called it was a 949 299 5960 and the company that contacted us said that they were going to sue us on behalf of greenwood holdings going to try to contact this company my husband and myself would like a fully written out of this supposed loan.
