After over six weeks of delays in any treatment and more than $800 in charges for a "Cleaning" and the initial office visit to explain in detail how I was left with a cross-bite by another Dentist and I needed immediate help, I get an email that I needed to find another Dentist because he cannot help me.....
Wouldn't you know if you are qualified or not to help anyone after the initial visit consultation?
This was just a rip-off of delaying an urgent situation from getting help in order to gain more in charges.
Unethical to say the least.
