Greensun PV Solar China, FAILED Batteries New Purchased April 2021, shipped by Sea May 2021, received August 2021, Installed August 24, 2021. Failed Battery One, September 23rd, Battery Two September 28, Third Battery Failed Oct 8th.

I have serveral times, sent messages to Mr. Peter Zhang, Senior Sale Rep and Manager, who I purchased from. No reply since October 8th, 2021,

called her, sent messages thru Facebook, Linkedin, Whatapp, NO Replies to address the issue of Replacement of Failed Batteries BMS board for #3 Battery.
I found Greensun PV Solar, on Alibaba, and contacted them directly with Mr. Zhang, No Support, Communications or Warranty.for New Batteries, After 30 +days failure 3 BMS boards, they replaced 2 boards,
Greensun Fail to support my purchases after 30 days, when they have a 12 year warranty.
All I ask is they Communicate and Replace the Third Battery BMS board. It is a $175usd part
Currently still I have A Dead Non Operational.thrid Battery/BMS board
In August they changed BMS board manufacturer. I am sure it is because of these defective BMS boards.
They will no return my messages or calls. Do Not Recommend doing Business with Greensun Solar in China
