Cal. Penal Code § 293.5(a).
I also looked up Noel Meza on the San Diego Superior Court site and found he was subjected to numerous lawsuits and even has a criminal record. See the attached screenshots. These issues are very concerning for members of the public who have an honest belief attorneys are supposed to be upstanding members of the community.
