What a crock. I retained them to apply for licensing in Oregon, of which they completely screwed up and showed absolutely no remorse or care about. It made me miss my deadline AND OPPORTUNITY, and until they knew for SURE I was and could sue them, they didnt care. After they knew I was serious, they settled with me for $50K in damages... which isnt much compared to what they cost me!
When you go to fill out the form to inquire, you are asked your name & State of interest, email address... and the last question (statement) is: "BUSINESS CAPITALIZATION", with a statement after saying "starting a business requires capitalization, especially for the cannabis industry".
Then they ask you to check a box for amount you are interesting in, ranging from $100k to over a million. Now I read they are under investigation for raising capital without a license, and here today they are still doing it!!
RUN. These people are incompetent at best, and shady liars and con-artists at worst! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!

Horrible consultants
They wrote a weak business plan for my cousin. I only found out afterwards, so there was nothing I could do.
They claim they want to help equity clients, but that's just a cover lie. They are in it for the money all the way and don't provide anything special.
