I applied to a work from home telemarketing job calling business to get them to sign up for a 7 day free trial for a live receptionist service. They did pay me the $50 commission for that. They then were also to pay an additional $150 for any free trial which moved forward and accepted the service and paid. Well, turns out I knew the client whom I set the 7 day trial and he told me the day they charged him the $229 for the service.
I then tried to reach my Team Leader Mike Reese by Skype ( his preferred communication) as well as by email and phone. He nor any other person from the company would return my emails or calls as the client wanted to speak with someoner their and they neve called him back either - and this is after 48 hours. They never sent any indendent contractor work agreement or tax forms - just provided an outline of how they pay and how we are to submit the 7 day trials we generate.
There was never any mention of quotas etc as i can only do this very part time as I am a caregiver for a family member. Well, they are due to pay me $150 commisssion as they charged Steve Foster the owner of 9th street Auto Repair in Klamath Falls, OR,,,client is happy with servie..but for some reason they have not contacted me back as I wanted to confirm payment of this commisssion that is due as well as some questions for sales training.....no reply in 48 business hours,,..have left 3 messages to call me back with details, NOTHING!
