I pre paid for a reservation 3 months ago. I got to the rental facility by shuttle. They said I had to pay for the rental, even though it was pre paid, I have a receipt, which they refused to honor. They started adding bogus charges and the rental cost which increased the cost by 7 times the pre paid amount.
They also did not want to accept my AMEX card for the additional charges. After I refused the increased charges, they would not give me a shuttle ride back to the airport. I had to walk to another car rental place. Which charged me a higher rate because of no reservation.
I called customer service, she was very rude and refused to give me a refund.
