GES sent out a "specialist" to examine the problem, and subsequently vowed to get us "on the schedule" to deal with it. We tried to be fair and adjusted our initial Yelp review to give them an opportunity to do the right thing. Haven't heard from them since! This is a scam organization that takes your money and contracts the work out to fly-by-night contractors. Again, there are CHILDREN in the home, and these clowns are ignoring phone calls and doing nothing to address the issue. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! And if you have already used them, consult your legal counsel immediately.
