Ashton Brunner collected a $12k deposit from me to build a custom aircraft in Jan of 2017 to be delivered in May of 2018. I have stayed in constant contact with him trying to get my money back or get an aircraft out of him even if it were a lesser model since he couldnt pull off the custom aircraft. I have hundreds of messages from him as well as tons of emails where he provides every excuse you can think of to delay and try to keep buying time. In researching this it appears to be a scheme he has pulled over and over with others.

Cancelled an order for product on 8/05/2014 that I had placed via email transactions with the owner of the business. I sent a check for deposit of $9000.00. I encountered an unexpected layoff from my employer and asked for refund of the deposit. I have inquired about the refund over the months and... as of yet have not received anything other than responses via email without any resolution.
Does anyone have an attorney contact in Burnet county Texas? I want to look into a class action suit.
