This company started charging my credit card BEFORE the start of the job. They did not complete the job and over charged my credit card. Please don't get scammed by this company. I wish I would have reviewed this company before the start of the jobs. The owner appears to be kind but he is manipulating, deceiving and not an honest guy. Please don't do business any kind of business with Joe.
Back in 2012 my husband and I attended the Philadelphia home show and contracted with Green Cities energy to purchase and install Solar panels on my home in Collingswood NJ. At the time SRECS which are the commodity that is sold back to the energy companies was at an all-time high. The company waived their 3 % commission to aggregate my commodity for the life of the contract. We collected a couple of checks. Fast forward to June of 2013 , my husband passed away. He was the one that has been dealing with Joe Pollidoro the owner. Since his death, I have requested that the company aggregate my accumulating SRECS on several occasions. On several occasions I have been presented with “ new contract’s that would change ownership of the commodity to Green Cites LLC, and another contract that would preclude them from aggregating my commodity. Mr. Pollidoro claims he has made suggestion in how I should handle my SRECS. He is not honoring his aggreement to aggregate my commodity for 15 years waiving his 3 percent commiosn as a home show incentive.
