This worker threatened us, bullied us, called is rude for no reason what so ever,
we had called this broker about a load that they offerred and asked to be set up in there system. The load sounded good and we were going to accept this load. In the mean time a previous broker contacted us and offerred us a load that we originally was suppose to take but do to bad weather we could not make it on time...They wanted to honor our previous contract and so we decidded to honor them back and accepted this load. Since Mary Burroughs (the broker with Greatwide) hadn't sent confirmation sheet yet I emailed at the same time she sent confirmation rate. This was never even opened or signed. I sent her another email stating and asking if she received the cancellation.
She wrote back calling us rude and saying this company would never work with us again in the future. I emailed her back saying how rude and unprofessional and low class her response was. I said we were going to report her to her manger and ICC. She then responded back CCing our emails to her boss. Which was fine for us but said she would tell them to report us to 411.
This of course is ludicrous on her end. She can not bully and harass companies in this matter..There was nothing signed and she should not be working with the public. Very unprofessional.
