This is a follow-up to your previous request #34323 "Offline Message from Alyce ..."
I did measure and ordered the proper size. The product does not perform as advertised. The inserts don't stay where they are placed. The compression doesn't compress. Overall, they are a big disappointment. Please issue a return label and a refund. Thank you.

If you are located in New York, why are you having me send the merchandise to Spain where it will cost $66.40 to ship it. That doesn't make any sense. I will return the merchandise to your New York office as soon as you respond to my email. Thank you. Alyce Ransom
