I wish I would have seen the reviews on this company before I wasted $3,000 on their scam. This is a total scam and the so call owner is a master lier. Everything about this business is fake. From the staff to the members they claim they have to what they promise you. They take advantage of people and appeal to their emotional weakness in their desire to find a mate and lie to you thinking they have your best interest at heart but they don't. Sheryel doesn't even work there and she is supposed to be the owner but the truth is she makes a living as a photographer at Polo events not as the so called Matchmaker she claims to be. They
show you fake photos of people they claim to be their members who once you pay your membership all of a sudden those members are "off the market" because they met someone? Yeah right! I actually found some of the so called members on Tinder and POF! Good luck getting the so called one on one matching service they sell you on. You will never hear from them! And if you call them they will scramble and send you some poor victim's profile that will most likely not fit any if your personal interests. Best part is how they also lie and tell you they will set you up with a photographer who will take your professional photos and you just pay his
fees of $500 for the photoshoot, but without the photoshoot they can't set up your profile because they only use professional photos so you don't have a choice but to pay the $500. What they don't tell you is that the photographer is Sheryel"s son and that the $500 is only for the photoshoot not the photos. So if you want the photos you have to pay another $500 and you only have a few days to do so because otherwise the photographer has to erase your file to make room for new clients.... Great scam if I have ever seen one and a great way to rip off people another $1000 so Sheryel's looser son can make some money too. I personally
knew this woman from mutual friends who of course didn't know of this business of her. She made me swear I wouldn't tell them about it in order to protect the anonymity of her members as well as mine. She made me believe she was giving me family discounts and she would be the friend that would help me find new happiness after a tumultuous divorce that left me in financial ruins after an 11 years abusive marriage. I was so emotionally frail at that time that I believed her bunch of crap and lies and against my better judgement withdrew $4,000 from my 401k to "invest in my future and happiness" like Sheryel made me believe I
deserved and handed her my hard earn money. That was the last time I ever heard from Sheryel and that was a year and a half ago. To this date I'm yet to meet 1 person or even receive 1 match that meets even one of the criteria I communicated in my membership form. Please stay away from these scammers! This is fraud at it's best!!
Horrible multiplied by 1,000. Do not waste your money!!! I recently moved and tried this service and they lie and lie and deliver nothing!
I am not joking about this company.
You will not get anything you were promised. Steer clear. Last I heard they were going out of business because of their dishonesty and ripping people off. Calling Better Business Bureau and getting my money back.
I am writing on behalf of a friend. He tried this service a few years ago and paid them $2,500. He was unable to attend the photo session for personal reasons, and he was never able to use this service. They just took his money and he never got a refund. He asked me to check into it, and also to read the reviews of other people regarding this service. I did so, this morning and learned that all the reviews were scathing. Some of the people mentioned that there have been class action law suits against this company, in some states...and when I told him about this, he expressed an interest in finding out if there might be such a class action law suit against them, in the state of California. I am certain that if such a law suit exists, he would be interested in joining it. I am not sure if he would want to start one himself, if none already exist....but it is possible that he would.
I asked him this morning, if they had been as high pressure with him..as was expressed in almost all of the reviews that I read. He said that they were just as high pressure with him. Apparently, this company is a huge scam. And, if there is any way possible, he would like to get his $2,500 back.
Is there any way you can help with the needed information? I would really appreciate you letting me know...one way or the other, at your very earliest convienience. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
