I took my car in to get a break leak inspection, it was a leaky breakline i paid him to fix it & thought everything was good. But no my tire had a wobble and a few days later i was driving on a major road and a lug nut snapped and my whole tire flew off leaving me and 2 girls sliding on my break rotor in traffic. Not only did his b**** a** deny putting on the tire incorrectly and deny being liable for wtf just happened he made me pay for the tow all the way back to his shop to fix the problems he caused. He lied several times about when my car would be ready to be picked up, making me miss both school and work. Then this p***y has the nerve to call me with an attitude threatening me and telling ne not to come back to his shop because i requested that his h*e a*s give me all the damaged parts that he takes off my car so i could have them as a reference in case the repairs were f**ked up again & his shady business tried to get some more money and time from me. In which case i would take my car to a different shop and take his pillsbury doughboy looking a*s to court to sue for my losses. He's an absolutely terrible mechanic f**k him and his trash shop
In Oct 2015, I took my truck into have some repair work done; since I had a minor oil leak, I asked if they would locate said leak[s] while doing the other repairs and give me an estimate for the oil leak[s] repair[s]. I was told it was the timing chain cover that was causing the leak. I agreed to the estimate given and the timing chain cover was replaced. A few days later I noticed that the oil leak[s] was still there. I took my truck back to their shop, and they diagnosed the leak[s] coming from a different area other than the timing chain cover. This “leak” was under warranty from a different shop, which they promptly repaired, but a leak continued, so I took my truck back to the other shop, at which time they informed me that the leak was coming from the timing chain cover. So again, I went back to the shop that did the timing chain cover. They “confirmed” that the timing chain cover was indeed leaking and asked if I could drop the truck off to “repair/replace” the timing chain cover, which I did. A few days after this latest “repair” I noticed my truck was still leaking oil. So there I go, back to this shop. They put my truck up on a lift, and sure enough, the leak was right behind the crank position sensor/timing chain cover, I agreed to come back the following day to have the sensor checked. The following day, my truck was placed on a lift, and the sensor was removed in my presence; the sensor was destroyed (I kept it) and thus was the source of the leak. I pointed out to them that when the new timing chain cover was installed, the sensor needed to be removed and reinstalled in the new timing chain cover; therefore they had to have seen it was damaged, but yet they reinstalled it with total disregard for my safety. I was charged for the new sensor, plus the initial cost for the timing chain cover. Conclusion; 1) My truck did not need a new timing chain cover, simply a new sensor. OR 2) They damaged the sensor while installing the new timing chain cover since its obvious the sensor must be removed and reinstalled on the new timing chain cover. So I was stuck having to pay for their intentional gross negligence/incompetence, not only in parts and labor, but in taxi fares to and from their shop. The truly sad part is; they do business near a retirement community, and will most likely take advantage of the retirees.
