I sent for the 4 sample package from Graze.com for $1.00. Assortment was so-so. I phoned them at the number listed on the website, to not send anymore boxes, but the recorded message was a garbled text address I did not catch, although I called several times. Then I sent an email to Graze.com asking them not to send any more.
They charged me $13.99 and then sent the regular shipment of 8 small snacks trays. I didn't care for the selection, so because it was already paid for, I kept it and requested they cancel my subscription using the same method as before.. I was billed ANOTHER $13.99 AFTER I requested a refund, but the new box has not come yet.
When it does arrive, I will mark it "REFUSED - Cancel and Refund" I hope I have better luck doing it that way then I had with email. I DO NOT want any more shipments. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
My wife and I decided to try Graze.com. We ordered the free sample box which arrived promptly then were charged and additional 3 times ($12 a charge) WITHOUT receiving any additional boxes. We have emailed the company, which is the ONLY way to get whole of them and have not received ANY reply. Even after cancelling our order we have still been charged. This company is a complete ripoff and will take your money withou sending you tge product they're taking your money for. Avoid at all cost!!!
Graze put a full page ad in the Metro newspaper in Boston for a free sample of their snack product. No where did it say you had to sign up for a monthly subscription first. I didn't recive it for a while and then I got 3 one right after the other. I contacted them immediately and said I did not expect to be billed for these. They said too late. I asked them to cancel-they just sent me their website link. I asked for a phone # so I could speak with someone. They said they do not speak with people directly. I was charged 6.99 on 6-3, 6-10 and 6-17-2015. After dozens of e mails they did refund me 2 charges of 6.99. I told them I was due and additional adjustment of 6.99. They said no. I asked for a CEO or person in chage to revierw this and they just kept sending me the link to their website. They said they don't forward e mails to the Ceo and after numerous e mails they said that they did. I never recieved a reply.
The internet is full of reviews on this comapny and how they suck you into putting cc info in without saying anything about billing you monthly for a subscription service. This is a scam plain and simple. I went back and re read the ad and their website(unless they have changed it by now) and it doesn't say anything about free sample with subscription.
