I contacted Gray Robison to speak to Maryann, referred by a trusted friend. Stephanie Smith the secretary bait and switched me to Jenny Sullivan a rude individual in melbourne ( I needed an atty in ORLANDO, WHY I CALLED). After 10 min on the phone jenny sullivan said she could not help me.
I immeidaly hung up, called stephanie and asked for a reund, i got none. I sent 3 emails and the rude jenny kim sullivan told me no refund. WTF? you steal my money, switch to me to a crappy atty that gives zero advice and then refuse a refund and send a nasty email
