They send you a flier that states they will give you100% of your vehicles original value.
Then when you go there they say you have to read fine print. Which they did and it still does not dispute what the flier says about giving you 100% of your vehicles original value. Yet they will not give you 100% like the flier says. They waste hours of your time and lie and make excuses. This comapany Gray Chevrolet does this over and over again. They are a scam and the manager Kennith Rosty is no different. I'd stay as far away from this DEALERSHIP as possible. I will also be contacting the BBB and let all everyone know of this companies scaming customers. Enough is enough!!!
BUYER BEWARE:GRAY CHEVROLET N. 9th- After selling me bright shiny pre owned certified 2010 Cadillac SRX with all the bells and whistles for $29,000. Only 1 1/2 months in this car began showing signs of distress, I immediately knew something horribly wrong. That was the 1st of over times in the shop over the next almost 2 years. The salesman that sold us the vehicle told us that it does not fall under the lemon law because it's used and they don't do buy backs. That was at the very beginning of our disgruntled dissatisfaction with the purchase we had made here. The service managers, Jack and Jim were ever so appeasing in trying to keep us settled as they assured us they would take care of the problems and handle everything. They were very good in the handling of their customers. However, to no avail,,,,,,, time ticks by, so conveniently for the dealership.. And the cars problems just come more and more to the surface.
The car is no longer drivable. This beautiful luxury vehicle is now a hunk of debt for a family of 5 who otherwise is debt free. But cannot afford to deal with the onslaught of being a victim of financial rape. I finally, at my wits end, was willing to forego all the "luxury" for a car that was reliable and safe- I felt the next step is for them to replace the car, that does not work, that they sold me. Andreas offered to give me 10,000 less for my car that they sold me. And tried to squeeze 2500 out of me, and wanted to give me a payment of 650 when my payment was 461. On a big step down on Luxery. We left. I reached out to the owner. I got a call back from Edward- He also tried to squeeze 3,000 out of us. I stopped him right there. He was only trying to get us "closer" to where we wanted to be on the payment. Their attitude is- we can't say whether it's gonna be a good or bad car. He offered to fix the car at no expense. Let me tell you what that means: that means- my car is in the shop All The Time! that I leave the house, I break down, I get towed, it's in the shop, I pick it up, the next day, it breaks down. Literally- I'm not exaggerating!! I have kids! This is not a joke. Make right, your wrongs. Bad business. What do I want. I want to be treated fairly. Same as at any other dealership- and that's not very fair to begin with- but please, buy a car anywhere but here! I overheard another person with the same complaint, they make it a habit to do this to people there! buyer beware! Not the kind of Place you want to do business with. Do not trust the reliability and safety of your family in one of their cars. If You or someone you know has purchased a lemon here, please message me at Kreitlows at gmail dot com
