Extraordinary Harmful experience with the Gravity Cool company associates as well as with merchandise they are offering!!! The mattress is very hard and causing pain in a back, neck and shoulder areas. The return policy was discussed during presentation and was noted as “90 day to try”.

Also is there are reasons to return, do NOT send it back to italy, send it back to Florida –the company address is stated on a advertising flyer –invitation to free lunch. Also website posts “you can bring it back” with exception in some cases for the shipment back the consumer may loose part or whole shipment charged back.

I notified company as soon as painful experience occurred with this merchandise, explained details upon request of Gravity Cool associate Caroll Cedeno via phone and via e-mail. They refused to take it back, NOT understanding that the purpose of the mattress is to sleep on it, and NOT to draw money from my account.

The entire merchandise was shipped back to Florida right away at my own expense, covering cost of packing back mattress to original condition and shipping via FEDEX for my money. There are true amount of Chicago entities (American Mattress, police, Costco, postal office, FEDEX, etc) who were witnessing my experience of packing and delivering this merchandise back.

As a result, all merchandise was delivered timely in good condition and receipt of delivery and acceptance is present, however they don’t want to credit money back to my account. The complaint case with this company is going on since beginning of March 2019, and finance company instead of resolving this issue with initiators, their merchant Gravity Cool, associate Cecilia Elizondo, at GreenSky Financial company also does NOT want to issue permanent credit, as aligned by Federal Law, instead commingling back and forward (crediting and debiting) direct charge what was done by Gravity Cool without my authorization on my account for the amount of $3,643.20.

My credit history is excellent for continues 30 years with credit score varying during this time from 760 to 810!! Better Business Bureau reacted to this case, agreed that the companies like this we need to “Verify before you buy!!” and definitely they will decrease credit rating of this company due to complains. They also thankful for bringing up this issue to them, and repeating once again DO NOT buy anything and spread the word so there is NOT going to be similar harm in the future for anyone else.

However in order to remove unlawfully drown amount, the Credit Bureau needs to be contacted immediately and if this issue still NOT resolved proceed with Circuit Court case if issue still gets unresolved by merchant/and or their Finance company.

I also continue to receive their invitations to my name and address to attend free lunch at Red Lobster, where their presentation takes place, as still I’m their customer. I have already 4 invitations after February 2019. I keep contacting them that the complaint filed against them and request to REMOVE my name from their marketing list, as an answer that I received again, she replies ”OK, perfect, no worry, have a wonderful day!”

My name still in their marketing list!!!! I left another message to Latisha Fiazi and hopefully finally she repeated my name and address and told that she is able to remove my name from their directory herself and I will not receive any mailings from Gravity Cool in the future.

I harmed tremendously by them, lost extremely high number of work hours, all this time lost due to this issue cost me over twice amount of lost work time, as they charged me for merchandise that was returned to them, and phone and e-mail conversations are enormously add time to harm, abuse and disaster they put me into and complaint still stays open and unresolved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The presentation was fantastic with Matthew. He tells you multiple times " 90 day sleep test " return anytime and only pay for shipping ". THIS is a LIE ... When you you sign for your credit card charge the receipt is sent via to your email and below your signature there is a statement "Final sale no returns " Very misleading.

Then when i got the bed .. the soft side was hard as a rock. Matthew asked me to flip to to the firm for a few days and flip it back to soft to see how i feel !!! Terrible solution.. I insisted they bring me THE SAME bed i sampled at the " Restaurant " This was not the one i tried ... Another scam !

They ended up sending me another replacement immediately and yes that one was the softer one i tried originally in the presentation. Also the delivery Gravity cool pillows are not the same as the one we tried at the show. I can't prove it but you know I'm correct. ( It flattens immediately when you lay your head down and your head hits the mattress) —- I’m very disappointed !

Gravity Cool is a Dishonest Company

Gravity Cool has stolen my money!

On July 24, 2019 I purchased a mattress from Gravity Cool for $3204. After waiting 2 months for the product I cancelled my order on Oct 1, 2019. My cancellation was accepted on Oct 1. Was told the refund could take up to 30 days. 30 days have passed and I have not received the refund and my e-mails are not being answered. They have stolen my money and it appears will not give it back. This is theft! Is this the way Gravity Cool makes their money! My contact at Gravity Cool is Carol Cedeno who is the Territory Account Executive.

I had placed a complaint on Florida's Better Business Bureau.

It appears that since the Better Business Bureau contacted Gravity Cool on 10/30/19 a Anna Morales from Gravity Cool called me(no e-mail) on 10/31/19, approx 11:10AM, and informed me that my refund would be issued anytime between Jan 2020 and July 2020. This appears to be a joke! How can they pull off a refund up to 8 months from now! This to me is turning the screws on a customer, me, and sure sounds illegal! Do I actually think they will ever issue a refund in my lifetime! No! I will notify(actually update) the Florida State's Attorney General's Office of such an act. They better add 20% interest on that $3204 refund! No one should do business with Gravity Cool as they are crooks!

I have called numerous times and when i call it goes right to a voicemail there is no company name. I’ve received text messages from both the sales person and company. I was supposed to receive my mattress in 5 weeks and now it will be going on 8 weeks. I have left messages that i want a refund but no one is contacting me back. This place is a total scam

Scammers

Went to lunch at red lobster featuring gravity cool mattresses.Presentation was good. Tonnell the sales guy offered 2 free pillows with travel cases. No travel cases and pillows are so soft made my neck hurt and gave me a headache. Told me one price when finance bill came it was over 1 thousand dollar difference.No one purchased that day so he made a lot of promises. Said he would make 1st payment. They were suppose to notify me of the delivery .It was later and no notification and set up. Went to go out of my door one day and it was just laying there box tore. Called him didnt call back. Called Shaye she said supervisor would call back . He called said to text him he could not receive calls phone nt working properly. Texted him no repley back. Call Shay ask for instruction for return sfter 30 days said she would e mail. Did not receive. Called her no answer hold for hours.Called on Sept 29 said they were closed for inventory. Now no one will answer phone or call back. Scammers.# very unsatisfied

Ritz Carlton?

Just sat through a seminar to hear about mattresses one of the selling lines was that the Ritz-Carlton in New York carries the gravity Cool brand. After me and my friend walked out we got in the car and I called the Ritz-Carlton in New York only to find out that that was not the truth. I immediately got on Google to see if gravity cool was a scam. Now I'm a little leery

They are a SCAM, and they LIE.

My wife and I went to a seminar on Aug. 9th. Matthew De Rose was the sales Rep. We were impressed by his sales pitch, unfortunately Matthews was not truthful. We were told we had 100 days to try mattress out, and if you do not like it, we could donate to a charity and we would get a FULL REFUND. Just show receipt of donation. He also stated someone would pick-up and discard our old mattress and box spring at NO cost to us, and they would deliver and SET UP the new mattress at no extra charge. On Tues. 8-13-2019, the 3rd business day I called Gravity Cool @ (877)778-6173 Ext 104 and left a message that I wanted to cancel , and wanted the $2897.64 credit back to my visa card, and DO NOT SEND the mattress. I also called Matthews CELL @ (305) 610-1434 and told him also I did not want the mattress. At that time he had already billed my credit card the next day on Sat. I had no paper work on this transaction, No warranty info, nothing. He asked me to wait until I received it in the mail. I did not receive anything until late Thursday 8-15-2019. That's when I found out about this SCAM. This is a "Bed in a Box" Mattress.???? The twenty year warranty he lied about, saying if there are any defects 10-15 years later, that they would replace, and you would have a NEW FULL 20 Year Warranty from that date on. The WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS states the initial warranty period is NOT EXTENDED. The biggest problem is you can donate to a charity and they will give you a full refund. Problem is NO ONE WILL ACCEPT A USED MATTRESS. I found out about there false statements after reading some of the small print on the site they send you after I received my packet in the mail. I've called many numbers, many times and left messages at delivery@gravitycool,com and told them NOT to send the mattress, and REFUND my money back on my visa card. Matthew De Rose e-mailed me on 8-21-19 and said, "Unfortunately I cannot cancel and that it has been almost 3 weeks." That is another false statement from him, as it hasn't even been 2 weeks since the seminar, and less then a week since I received the warranty packet. I called and left messages AGAIN on 8-21-2019 and sent an e-mail saying to cancel, and DO NOT SEND THE MATTRESS. Called 1-(305)504-8868, at 4. P.M. P.S.T. I called Gabriela @ 1(628)867-8686 and Shynade (3) times and left message @ 1(786) 472-6639.
