To make a long story short- Jem Costa is a complete waste of time. If you are ever approached by him for a business venture please do not entertain it without having something in writing. You will do yourself a disservice and lots of time will be wasted.
Jem is clever and a great salesman. He tends to captivate you with his unorthodox communication, using outer-space analogies and telling you about these "galactic visions". First he warms you up by talking about himself and how many great things he has done in his life, none of which can be verified. His claim to fame is being the co-founder of Alienware.
However there is no record of him being associated with Alienware anywhere except for his own writings on his linkedin. Wouldn't there be record of a co-founder for such a large company? Anyways I emailed the CEO and my hunch was correct.
Moving on after you are all warm about his accomplishments, he hits you with a ridiculous statement, so ridiculous, that when combined with being the co-founder of a large company like Alienware you believe it could be true. For example I know 3 billionaires and I can raise $100 million dollars in a week with ease. I just need you to help me set the entire infrastructure of the company up...for free.
After peaking your interest with his bait he makes his ask and spends hours and I mean hours of time on the phone with you, introducing you to other strangers he has just met and done the same thing to. He says he wants to see how well everyone can work together.
Fast forward 12 months and the money still hasn't been raised, he's gone through 2 teams of people and used their work to propel him to the next level in hopes of funding. DON'T waste your time with him unless you have something in writing or he's paying you for your time. He claims to have made millions so paying you a few thousand for your time should be a drop in the bucket..
Don't be fooled by him owning an airline on his linkedin either. Or him saying I can fly out tomorrow to meet you. He can, he does, but not because he has money, but because his girlfriend is a stewardess and he gets tickets for cheap. Also don't be fooled by his successful game server company, if you look it up he filed bankruptcy on it.
He has no one on pay role, has no attorney, and filed his corporation on legalzoom. Definitely characteristics of a quintessential millionaire.
This is a rip off report, because I don’t want others to be stripped of of their intelligence, their time, and hard work for Jem’s benefit. He has no sense of loyalty, a team, or anything concrete with this business he is trying to start. He is also trying to start a real estate development, stay away from that as well.
