This past summer, I was contacted by William L. Grant and attorney. William corresponded through his work email at Shuts& Bowen. He contacted me about sod, I sent him an intial quote but never heard back from him. Several weeks later, he contacted me again. I then sent him another quote. I have provided the quote for review, William L. Grant never signed the quote nor gave the appropriate deposit for the sod as clearly stated.
William L. Grant contacted me on July 30, 2016 asking me when we can install the sod. I responded to his text stating that I had to contact the sod farm on Monday to check availability. My wife who is the President of our compnay contacted William L. Grant to notify him that we could not get him on schedule until later.
This is were things got so wierd. William L. Grant began to threaten my wife that it will be his mission to ruin my business. William was very nasty and verbally abusive to my wife. That same night he wrote a rip off report making false claims with no merit behind them. I hired an attorney to litigate but William L. Grant did not respond to any of the certified letters he recieved.
In closing, I would never do business with someone so out of touch with reality. Because we could not schedule him when he wanted he choose to instead yell and make threats using the fact he is an attorney to ruin our family business. This brings note to the fact of William L. Grants actions that he feels he is entitled, when in reality, attorneys have an ethical responsibility and code of conduct to up hold. It is clear the William L. Grant has missed this based on his actions.
Please review the proposal attatched, you not find a signed copy, no deposit given. I dare William L. Grant to produce any written agreement, one simply does not exist. He may claim we had a verbal agreement but this is also untrue as William L. Grant cannot produce to anyone a recipt of deposit?
