I spoke to Tony Diaz, the man was rude had no manners and could care less if I was disabled or not. Would not take an offer, he wanted the full amount. The problem is that I have talked the the medical field that has sent these in and informed them they sent in by accident and should have been sent to workers compensation. Tony also was aware this was workers compensation from a conversation a few weeks back where I submitted the claim number. He did not remember it, but he wanted the full amount.
He if refusing to send deletions to the credit bureaus unless he can collect their $143.00 interest fee, which they should never had occurred had they contacted me earlier. I asked who the owner of the company was, his statement was "look it up on the internet"The guy was a nasty s****.>
Two adult males knocked me out, stole my watch, woke up in hospital 5 staples+ to the back of my head. I spent a week in San Francisco General Hospital. I then filed a complaint, victim of a violent crime. Then I recieved a bill for $40,000.00 from Grant & Webber, which leads me to believe that the city of San Francisco denied to search for these two and would rather bill me for services rendered. Plus no watch.
