I have been depositing and gambling on Betroadhousereels.com since August, 2015. In August I made a deposit that stated that transaction failed. When I check my online statement it showed that the transaction did clear my account which was debited. I immediately contacted the casino which stated it did not go through, that transaction Failed so my account should not be debited and if it was it would be credit back to my bank account. I disputed the transaction through my bank who credited funds back to me. I was satisfied, I was made whole by my bank. Since August I deposted more funds and had no issues until now when I request a withdrawal. The same day I requested withdrawal I get a call asking about my disputed transaction which was over 60'days ago and they blocked my account which prevents me from logging on to check on my withdrawal. I find it strange that they didn't question my failed deposit and me blocking that one transaction until I requested a withdrawal.. I have made several transaction after that and they did not block the deposits, why block account now when I request withdrawal? This casino is a scam ame they stole My money. I say stole because they never intended to payout on any winnings. Do not, I repeat do not gamble at any Grand Prive Casino. Now after doing investigation they have operated fraudently for a while, going as far as changing their name to betgrandprive.com
