I went to the Grand Sierra Resort for two nights and after my stay I decided to check my bank account. I was surprised to see two charges on my card for $33. I called the front desk and asked about these charges. They couldn't explain the charges for a little while and then after placing me on hold, they said it's for an upgraded room. Just a little info, we had to sign paper for our room when we stayed last time when we upgraded. This visit we didn't upgrade and was not presented with any paperwork. So I ultimately asked for the manager and they said they cant do anything. I mentioned that I could get my lawyer on the phone and get his opinion on them wrongfully charging my card. The manager then said if I mention lawyer one more time they will not speak with me. So I said okay, let me get my lawyers opinion and I'll call back. Ultimately I will just call my bank and dispute the charges. But if you want to deal with unexpected charges and rude customer service, Grand Sierra is resort for you!
