I was very careful to fill out the information requested including photos of picture ID, etc. paid the $100 deposit. I sent everything certified, chose Atlantic City from THEIR LIST with the date spread requested and not near a holiday. My 1st and 2nd choice dates went by and I called to be told Atlantic City is not on their list. I then selected New Orleans and again sent the papers certified. After a few months we approach my dates and I get a check for $100 and a letter saying I did not select dates departing on a Monday or Tuesday. Every paper I received said dates must depart Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. I followed the rules and the fact is these folks will make up rules as they go and actually be rude if you do find someone to talk to and unbelievably they actually lie. Do not go to any presentation or to anything related to Grand Incentives. It is a wait of time. Many years ago this was a reputable company. Thank goodness I did not buy a timeshare this time! BEWARE! These folks should have a class action suit against them. I have a proper Certified Mail paper trail if anyone knows of an Attorney wanting to go after these crooks!

My husband and I went to a sales pitch seminar. We won a vacation to 4 Day trip to DR and a 3 night Hotel Stay. We were trying to redeem the 3 night hotel stay so GRAND INCENTIVES told us to mail in a refundable $50 Postal money order, sent it Certified Mail and before the activation date. We did all the above. THey sent in a mal back to us stating we fail to do all the above so our certificate is VOID. This ws totally incorrect because we did everything they required of us. I have called them and left a message. I did more research on them on the internet and fould a ton of complaints. So I guess they are FAKE and steal your money and tell you that you didn't meet all the requirements and than try to sell you another free vacation and try to have you pay more $$ for it......STAY AWAY FROM THEM>>>>FAKE FAKE FAKE....(I do understand they will try to have someone from their company to respond to this and act like they are trying very hard to rectifiy the situation.....DONT BELIEVE IT!!!!!! DONT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

The letter i received back said I did not send in a postal money order so my travel certificate is void. I mailed in a western union money order. This is such BS! I have read similar stories about them on the Internet. What a rip off company. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family about my experience with travel incentives. Don't ever use them for any of your travel needs .. EVER.

We won a certificate through a Mexican restaurant several months ago. A local company contacted is

and told us we had won. I remember entering the drawing so I thought it was legitamite. The people dropped off the voucher and I was told I had to pay a refundable deposit before our trip. I paid online through their automated system. They informed me it would take several weeks to a month to hear back. It's been since October and I have tried calling the company numerous times but it just rings and rings, no one ever answers the phone. This is a pretty awful thing to do to someone. Get them all excited about going to Mexico, make them pay you $100 and take off with their money. I am going to contact the restaurant I ate at where I entered the drawing and see what they can do.

My fiance and I were lured to a Chef Master sales pitch with the promise of a 3 night all-inclusive stay in Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, or Mexico, which has turned out to be complete BULL! There is a lot of fine print and detailed instructions, that if not followed to the tee, will automatically VOID your vacation! Processing times are ridiculous and there are numerous restrictions that make it nearly impossible to take the vacation in the first place! Call wait times are offensive. I also posted a review on Grand Incentive's Facebook page, which was immediately removed....wonder why! Their facebook page states that they "provide a level of experience and service that is unmatched in the industry." I am amazed that they have the nerve to make such comments about themselves considering the numerous complaints I have found on the internet related to their "professionalism", "superior quality", and "commitment to client satisfaction". Go ahead, read the lies they put out there about how great the company is....it's quite comical!

Grand Incentives Would not refund my deposit Sarasota Florida

In August 2013, I "supposedly" won a 2 night accommodation to "select" destinations. I regretfully submitted a $50 deposit to reserve my lodging at one of three selected destinations. Weeks later I received a letter from Grand Incentives stating that those destinations were not available. The letter further explained my choices were limited on certain days of certain months for various reasons. I saved all my paperwork along with the original certificate and examined it thoroughly. I found no such verbiage stating these restrictions.

I submitted a formal refund request letter November 3, 2013 and called to check on my refund in the spring of 2014. It is now August 2014, and I still have not received my refund.

Each time I contact Grand Incentives, I am strung along with another "The check is in the mail" routine. This company's ethics are sneaky and deceitful at best.

GRAND INCENTIVES GETAWAY COAST TO COAST On 1/10/2012 I went to a invitation only meeting in Ft Myers Beach and was talked into a life time membership with a cost of $ 4,995.00. SARASOTA Florida

On 4/8/13 Coast to Coast called my home while I was not there and spoke with my 80 year old mother. they told her i should renew my membership and would get some freebies. My mom gave them her credit card and was billed $ 539.00. i called them and said we do not want this and i did not need to renew. so they then put the membership under my mom's name and got the 539.00 dollars. We have never use one single offer from them and booked a trip. then on 10/20/15 they called my home again and got my mom. told her she had to pay that she was late on paying her renewal. She told them no, that she did not travel and did not want this, that she needed to talk to her daughter first. they immediately changed her credit card that they have on file. this is fraud. i have never been taken or been treated so terrible by a company. They take your money and you get nothing.

Grand Incentives, Coast to Coast, Cheap Trips, Grand Getaways, Dream Vacation Passport Should have taken loss years ago! Initial purchase my fault. Then continual harassment for dues! No money, many calls, feels abusive to this old woman! Internet

When will I ever learn about phone sales of vacation opportunities? This purchase was made several years ago when we were quite well-off, and thought we would be traveling. Almost immediately, health changed for both of us. The phone calls began coming, and at first - of course - we had an "investment"! If one looked at their records, we look terrible.......like deadbeats.....but besides health and finance, these were and are factors to me.

1. The names are changed, but the song is the same. At least four different company names, each telling us that the other names are now defunct and were terrible companies. We had a call from the very same man - Elie - two weeks apart, telling us that he had changed companies............wrong!

2. All of the calls come from Florida

3. When I tell them we cannot do this any more, there is this "attitude" that we are idiots if we do not renew and take care of our "investment".

4. When I ask if there is a way to recoup our "investment", the answer is no, unless we pay them our dues!

5. The condescending attitude, just skirting skillfully what I consider to be verbal abuse, is upsetting! I have become an angry and not very nice customer, and that is not like me!

6. Now, we have told them that we are letting it all go, and not to call us again, the answer was this: "Oh, well..just don't answer the phone when you see it is us! ........Really????

7. They have our initial investment. We cannot and will not pay the dues. We don't want any contact with them or from them. They are glib of tongue, quick with the right answer for them, and upsetting to me beyond belief. Today......just today.....I have a one-month headache, and I can tell you that their very stressful "attack" has increased it!

8. We will not be traveling! We have lost. They want more. I am finished with them, but face the prospect of more harassment!

Grand Incentives Grand Getaways ripoff Sarasota Florida

During the onsite inspection Mr. Martinez was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service or product they received with their company. Mr. Martinez expressed that because they work business to business communication can get muddled, "every product that we produce has certain terms and conditions that the consumer must execute to receive the benefit of the bargain that they have received. Sometimes those are not disclosed up front completely and we are left with the burden to re-explain or reeducate the consumer." In order to remedy this, "we correct the problem by taking the customer through the process and even if the gap is very wide we go above and beyond to satisfy the customer."

Last year I signed up for the Take 2 deal, thought it would be easy as it was stated to me Buy 1 Get 1, after fighting to get one vacation in Myrtle Beach at the resort, which by the way was nice, but was not ocean front, view of the parking lot and the playground across the street, well, at least the room was nice. Location, nice. Here comes the problem, I was told that the 2nd vacation was "exactly" the same by the sales person. Well, it's not, never will be, never had been, and after trying to book the 2nd trip, it was a process that in the making of 6.5 months. I complied with everything, sent the paperwork in, of course it "was lost" or never received. Submissions were sent, and then I was advised that because the time frame, which was explained to me as well, was no blackout dates, well, once again, not true. After finally getting more information, we had to submit where we wanted to go, basically it was them telling us we had to wait 60-90 days to find out if we were allowed to go where we wanted to go, we had to choose 3 locations, we did, but once again, our paperwork was lost in the mail...I can't figure out why have a mail box if you aren't going to actually get your mail. After many calls, emails after getting in touch with a supervisor, that calls and leaves message, I called back and 3.5 days later, no return calls again.

I just want this ordeal over with. They also promised 5-7 days for a "complimentary" gift due to all the aggrevation in the form of a $40 gas card, which they failed to explain it was in $10 increments when you submit in writing a copy of a form and the gas payment receipt. Back in May I also sent in the proof of payment for a reimbursement for a "dining" card of $50, and 2 months later, you guessed it, I do not have it yet. Frustrated, yep, aggrevated, yep, will I ever do this again, I hope someone calls me....I have a whistle right beside me at all times....yep, you guessed it.

I am going home this afternoon, since it has been at least 5 days and if I have nothing in the mail in the form of my reimbursement for gas and the meal offer, NC Attorney General will get all my paperwork, notes, dates of calls, emails.

Just remember, if it sounds too good to be true, its a Grand Incentive offer, then, don't, don't don't do it!!!!
