Lynn Browne Grand Illusions paint came to my home to faxu paint my living room. She came and picked out the base color only . I explained to her that I have a sample board that I want her to match she guarantedde to match the paint. When she came to do the faux paint she put the color on top of my sample board and she that is the color. She lied it was not. When I said something to her she explained to me that it would dry darker. It did not.
The color was horrible she did a fast one on us. Then when she removed the tape on our stain wood base boards and our trim there was paint on it she said she will have to go to home depot and get the remover she lied. Instead she used her paint van d**e and covered over it. It was a mess it did not match the color and know when we resand it we can not stain it it won't take it. She also lies that and puts her home address instead of her shop address for tax purposes.
She did a horrible Job. She took a couple of seconds to match our color when I called her and was crying she said for her to fix it. It would cost more money and when I started crying she said to put my girl paints on. She has no compasion at all. She made the mistake and wants me to pay for it. I think she did this on purpose to get more money from me. Stay away from her. She does a horrible Job. I had to say she did a good job just to kiss her a*s so she can come back and fix this. Know this is going to cost me more money to fix.
