Purchased a 2013 BMW X3 from this dealer in December of 2016.
Immediately after brining the vehicle home, the check engine light came on the vehicle began shifting poorly.
I notified the dealer immediately. The next day, a transmission malfunction light came on. BMW dealer
said it needs a new transmission - $10,600! The dealer asked me to bring the vehicle down to San Antonio to their mechanic. I spent an entire day loading it on a flatbed and delivering it. I was stuck and had to use their mechanic as they were indicating that they were going to contribute at least some of the money towards the repairs.
Their mechanic is now telling me $2400, which includes a bad battery.
The dealer told me flat out that if I drove the car off their lot and the transmission fell off it in front of their lot, that's my problem.
These guys are just your typical sleazy used car dealer. They say what they you want to hear to close the deal, and it appears that they spend time polishing a car but not checking it out mechanically.
