Purchased a rent to own building, paid the required 2 months payment, a month later paid another 2 months because I had a little extra cash and wanted to pay ahead. MY SUBDIVISION WILL NOT ALLOW THE BUILDING, therefore we requested of Graceland to allow the 2months that we paid ahead equaling $516.96 to go toward a different building from their company or a refund of money paid inadvance. I explained that the building had never been used and we had given them a total of $1033.92 . We were turned over to a manager who told us there was nothing he could do about that. We were just out of that money. I told him that had to be against the law to keep money that had been paid in advance. He graceland was not responsible for that.
