I am a previous renter from Grace Realty of Georgia. I lived at 2296 piedmont ridge ct. marietta ga 30062 for the past 3 years. I'm writing this report to warn any future potential renters or homebuyers there because I think it's important they know the truth about this home. I had lived there for 2 1/2 years before I found out what the history of the home was from my neighbors . allegedly the home was a meth dealers home and a circle of drug dealers who lived in the cul-de-sac's neighborhood years before . apparently the DEA and the swat team finally busted them tour the house to pieces and it stayed that way for quite some time until it was foreclosed .
