I used the "unlimited" download category to download movies and tv series for years.
It was adequate and has a library of old hollywood movies, but in the last 6 months they have listed nothing new, and many titles are wrong. Recently they listed "War of the Planet of the Apes" for example. It is a large and cumbersome file to download. Then when you open it to watch it is a Documentary about apes! This is just one example. Graboid allows members to complain on each offering. The lists are long and only growing longer.
I closed my account today! After much complaining and no customer service, I am finished!
