I have purchased a few tracking units from these folks over the years and usually the service was ok. A few times units would report the wrong locations, and eventually it would get sorted out. I received an urgent email from them 3/17/17 stating one of my units were expiring soon, and if not renewed soon it would never be able to connect again due to a change in Verizons network. I immediatly emailed them back and asked to be renewed.. a day or two later, they asked what was the name on my account... I told them. I waited a few more days and heard nothing... I emailed again (3/21/17)to verify that everthing was done.. after all, I didnt want to have a useless unit forever. No response. I emailed again on 4/3/17. No response. I emailed again on 4/6/17..and decided to call. I reached a very cocky and rude owner named Michael Fischer.
I asked why no one was relpying to my emails and he indicated I have not emailed them for over a year. I explained to him that I have indeed been emailing recently, and he abruply asked for my card number... I then indicated that I was still wanted to figure out the email thing before he cut me off, and he went on to say how many accounts he has and how busy he is... and basically ran over my question and concern... no apology for not getting back to a CUSTOMER, no explanation as to why no one responded, not even a HINT OF CONCERN.. just a "screw you attitiude"..along with asking "which credit card" whilst I was explaining the email issue .. after going through this loop a couple times.. I asked if he cares about customer service.... he quickly relpied that my account "means nothing to him"... to a LOYAL customer for over 5 years with multiple GPS units. Michael Fischer is a hotheaded p***k who should never answer the customer service phone again. He lacks the dimenor and common sense to do that role. i would suggest getting your GPS needs handled elsewhere, this clown does not "need" your money anyway.
