I bought the gosmart chip online in August of this year. When i got the chip i seen that it was to big to fit my phone the first time i called and asked for a refund they told me that they where going to ship another box to me so i can ship it back for free because i told them that i shouldnt have to pay to send yall back the product especially when i wasnt happy with it in the first place. The representative told me to be expecting a return box n then once i sent the product back they would refund my money. This happen early September and i still haven't received anything from them. I called them today and spoke to a supervisor and he told me the complete opposite of what they told me the first time he's basically telling me that i have to pay to have the product ship back to them but i feel as if it wasn't my mistake it was theirs they need to pay for the mistake so they're keeping my money unless i pay to have it shipped back to them meaning the shipping fee which i would not have to pay if the product was up to par
Go smart sent me a text message letting my know when I renew my service for $45 by Feb. 24, I would receive 20 GB at 3 g speed. Not only did they not provide the service , they also told me it was a error on the text I received and the the end date for the promotion was Feb. 14. After letting them know numerous times that my message was different and I would go to a authorized location and show them the text, they still refused to honor it. I asked for a refund and they refused to do that as well. I have no internet service because they said I had 12GB now it's only 3 so nothing will load. I can only use it to talk. I'm so done with Go Smart and next month, I'm switching to another carrier. I'm very disappointed in their service and have never experienced this with them before and never will again. Please beware and check everything out before paying your money! I'll take my own advice moving forward.
I had active account with Go Smart and 5 days ago my network dropped it was good for 3 months. After calling tec support 5 times getting a different answer each time. Today they said sorry no conection in my area. I had $25 in my account and had bought a $13 dollar SIM card so I asked for a refund and they refused. What a dishonest company.....

So I set up auto pay and for 2 billing cycles, I did not get any discount as promised on the website. When I called customer support, they explained that only $30 plan is eligible. Mine is $45 and there's no such policy/ terms and conditions which explain the restrictions.
I paid $26.70 on 8/6/15, to top up my current service for another month. Today, 8/15/15, I woke to a text note, stating that I must pay before 9/14/15, or I would loose my number by then . I attempted to make a call, and my service was shut off already! I was not going to give more money to a company that just stole my last payment, so I went to town and got service with a new provider. This is not all! When I gave new service the pin number to my gosmart account, to port my number over, gosmart refused to do so! I lost my number, and this is not over at all, doesn't stop here!
