I had scheduled to have my Ford Focus 2014 serviced at Gosch Ford Temecula on March 13th, 2019. Gosch is where I also purchased the car in 2015 as I recall. (VIN 1FADP3F24EL139437)
The car needed to have the transmission checked as well as the last safety recall repairs (18S32). Note that I had the clutch replaced at least twice in the last two years or so as I recall due to the problem with control module.
Ford Motor Corp would replace this vehicle but advised me that they would hand me a same model Ford Focus and they could not guarantee that this replacement would not have the same problem. I declined this offer as it seemed farfetched to me.
Your Service Manager as I understood came to speak to me at the waiting room to advice me that Gosch Ford Temecula would not service my car because of some incident with Mike Tinsley as I understood he said. He also advised me that a letter had been sent to me by Gosch Ford Temecula letting me know of such decision. (March 13th, 2019 appointment)
I tried to tell him that I do not recall causing any kind of injury or insult to Mr. Mike Tinsley. I also warned him that I had not received a letter from any attorney representing Gosch Ford Temecula.
In the past it has been service advisor Michael Tinsley who would tend to the car repairs. I do not think that we felt comfortable with each other ever. So in my last appointment as stated above I asked for a different advisor and I was directed to Cameron Foster.
RECALLING THE PAST
The last time that I had interacted with Mr. Tinsley was on May 3rd, 2017 to have the water pump replaced under warranty. (Invoice 3057390 ). There was no problem with the pump replacement, it went fine.
However, in the past as many citizens of our nation do, I have been active as a member in different Human Rights and Charitable Organization , Human Rights Watch has ben one of them.
Human Rights watch brought to my attention the serious problem with sexual harassment and rape within the armed forces of the USA. Please see attached flyer from Human Rights Watch describing such an occurrence. A catastrophe for the honor of our armed forces and the lives of such young woman serving in the military and their families.
This is a tragedy that needs the attention of any God Fearing Peace Loving Citizen of the USA. And it is a serious problem:

I handed to him as I recall a hard copy of The Guardian News as above titled "Rape in the Military America's Little Secret".
I felt he seemed to be offended by my discussion of this issue and perhaps insulted. But as I told him before departing from the premises on my car , I thought you might care to be aware of this problem since it definitively taints the honor and pride of our armed forces. "I figure this must be stopped "........
This is all that happened and all that I said to him and I have not spoken or seen Mr. Tinsley since then or ever.
Unfortunately the problem is bigger than anyone has disclosed in public:

Since Gosch Ford Temecula is part of the Ford Motor Corporation, a company founded in the USA prior to WW II it would be my guess. I would be curious to know without offending you and since I was denied service as a USA citizen:
What is the position or opinion of your Service Manager that spoke to me in person on March 13th, 2019, Michael Tinsley or yourself concerning this vicious attacks against our young woman within the armed forces as reported by legitimate news agencies, Human Rights organizations as well as visually documented on "The Invisible War ?????
I hope to hear from you since a young woman whom I met while working on my doctoral degree was raped many years ago and because of such tragedy she is simply waiting and hoping to die soon.
