I just had horrible experience with this dealership. I will never purchase anything from them after the unprofessional sales tactics I just experienced. I had been working with salesman Alex and finance specialist Denise concerning a deal on a 2015 Ford Expedition EL. I had been in contact with them for two weeks going over the details line by line. On Tuesday Sep 13th, 2016 we finalized the deal and scheduled Thursday as the pick up date. Now today, Thursday, and I am being told my deal has changed by two different managers, as Alex and Denise are not in the office. They raised the price by $850. They said the inaccuracies I was being told would be handled internally and that the price is firm. I told them that they should honor the deal that was made, this is a $40k vehicle mind you, or else I would walk. They kept telling me it wasn't their fault, it was Alex and Denise who lied to me concerning the deal. My girlfriend and I spent two weeks working with them over the phone and over an hour at the dealership to be told its not their fault or their problem.
