Goptions.com Reviews

The above named company, Go Trading Technologies Ltd, through its options trading platform, called GOptions.com, has scammed me of $23,000.00 (US). It claims to be an online options trading platform. I opened a trading account with Goptions.com in the month of August 2015. I started with $500.00. I was assigned an account manager, Max Caleman, who advised me to increase my deposit gradually, in order to enjoy some benefits. I was encouraged by the account manager (now I know I was tricked) to change my account to a Managed Traded Account (MTA), in which the account manager will trade my account on my behalf (he said it was only possible if I transferred more fund into my account), to which I consented. I transferred more fund into my trading account, to make a total of $23,000.00 (US). After changing to MTA, Max gradually withdrew from communicating with me when he saw I was no longer willing to deposit more fund into my account.

I could no longer access my trading account nor place any trade. The agreement I signed specified that the company would take trades with utmost carefulness, make profit, and send me statement of account every month. Since June 2016 that I changed to MTA, no statement has been sent to me. Max Caleman has withdrawn all forms of communications, and all efforts to contact the company, both by email and telephone have proved abortive. I have all documents to support my claims, should I requested to do so.

I tried contacting via phone, email, skype. I received one phone call back from Broker trying to get me to stay, but after contending with him he said, he'll see what he can do. I have been robbed of 712.00. No one answers my emails or phone calls. They are a scam organization.

I joined Goptions in August 2016, off of a referral who said he had good luck using the binary option trade platform. I joined in mid August, with 1000.00 of money in my savings account. I applied myself to trading but unfortunately was unscuccesful. I decided Binary Option trading was not for me and I requested a refund of my remaining 712.00.

I emailed, called, and skyped for three weeks straight, spoke finally to another broker who tried to convince my to stay with the platform. I asked for my money back and the broker said he'll see what he can do. I never to this date received my 712.00 back.

I opened an account with GOptions the last year. At First I spoke with a sales agent. He asked how much money did I have to deposit. I told him $500 dollars. He said me that it was ok.

Then a man named James West called me and introduced himself as my account manager and he asked me to open the account with $2000 instead $500, in order to start with a more solid balance, and to be able to receive help, signals and personal guidance.

I opened the account with $2000. Once the money was deposited I did not received any advice or guidance as they promised. The same person called me again, 10 days after, and told me that he needed me to deposit a total of $5000 in my account, because with the amount of $2000 he could not help me and give me his advice.

I told him that I was not to do that, and my total was $2000 as we agreed. Once I told him that, he insulted me telling horrible things.

I hanged up and tried to get my money back. I start a withdrawal proccess that they just cancelled every time I submit the request with no reason.

I wrote to customer support several times, and they simply did not answer to any of my messages. I did a research about Goptions and I found some interesting data that I am going to share here in order to help anyone out there that has been scammed by those thiefs.

Recently I wrote to customer support asking for a new account manager. A person named Ronnie Adams called me but he was worst than the first one. He just ask for more money, and told me that he was not there to hear sad stories and hanged up.

I found many complaints in the internet against them, is clear that they are a very well known scammers, they only need you to open an account, and then you will never see it again.

I made some research in porder to share the information with potential victims of those scammers.
