My Business Partner of Goosehead Insurance DBA Tribe Insurance Group, Inc. Dyrke Steven Maricle, on 1/21, fraudulently requested a Destruction Filing/Articles of Dissolution, which was executed on 2/9/2021 without my consent. As a result, this violated Chapter 55-14 of NC General Statutes and, as a result, committed a class 1 misdemeanor by submitting a filing that was known to be false. Dyrke also fled the state as a result of failing to file taxes for over 2 years from when he had his State Farm Agency in North Carolina.
Dyrke also charges and scams everyone he does business with at his agency and agency what he calls a broker fee which is $199.00 on home and $79.00 on auto and is the only company in the United States that charges this and can get away with it.
ยง 55-1-32. Penalties imposed upon corporations, officers, and directors for failure to answer interrogatories.
(a) The knowing failure or refusal of a domestic or foreign corporation to answer truthfully and fully within the time prescribed in this Chapter interrogatories propounded by the Secretary of State in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter shall constitute grounds for administrative dissolution under G.S. 55-14-20 or for revocation under G.S. 55-15-30, as the case may be.
(b) Each officer and director of a domestic or foreign corporation who knowingly fails or refuses within the time prescribed by this Chapter to answer truthfully and fully interrogatories propounded to him by the Secretary of State in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
