I have purchased 2 tickets for The Book of Mormon, a play for 5/3/15 in SF on Nov 14, 2014. I have a credit card bill that confirms that the transaction went through in the amount of $443.04. I also printed out the order confirmation then. However, when I tried to find the email today to retrieve the ticket, the email was no where to be found. The first time I called the number on the credit card bill at 913-231-2674, a gentle man who identified himself as "John" said he will have his "supervisor" Mike call me "right back" and took my name, number and the name of the show. After 20 minute with no call back, I made multiple attempts to call them again, but it got disconnected after I follow a prompt of pressing 1 for new purchase, and 2 for existing purchase. I tried both options, but I was disconnected with both options. The theater representative said they cannot locate the ticket if it was purchased through third party vendor. Thus, there will not be "will call" ticket waiting for me at the box office there. It was not a "mix up" as other people experienced with this company. They are not even responding to address my issues. It seems like other people had a luck to be in contact with them even if it was an unpleasant one or a frustrating one. I am hoping to get a full refund for this so I can actually purchase it through the actual theater - no chance of scam then. I hope this company gets listed as scamming!
