In July, 2017 I entered into a contract with Dave Gonczy of Gonczy and Associates. The nature of the contract was a "split fee agreement". The terms were that he was to pay me 50% of any recruiting fee he received if I found the candidate for him who was hired for the job order. After waiting a 90 day "guarantee" period and after acknowledging that he owed me the fee, he has failed to honor the contract. He now does not respond to emails or phone calls. This is a warning to anyone planning on doing business with Gonczy. He owes me $9,000 and refuses to pay.
