Made a purchase through Walmart that had a delivery date of 10/23. I checked tracking & it said delivered 10/12. I looked on 10/13 & package was not delivered. Company is giving me a hard time as far as refund & expects me to do all the investigation regarding where the package is. There was no signature or package signing. The investigation is on their end as they hired the shipper. After 3+ days & 5 emails, I replied, I am too busy but I will start a chargeback & they gave me this response:
"You don't have time for this but have time for a chargeback? When chargebacks usually takes 1-2 months for resolution. "
They also replied:
"If we just refund any order that customer claims that they did not receive, we would be refunding at least 20 orders per day."
So, they admit they have 20+ order issues a day with unhappy customers that never received the purchase.
I contacted Walmart directly & they responded with a refund &:
