My senior parent ordered from this company a "golf putter" by phone in July/August of 2016. At that time of sale, the company since has been charging his credit card $29 for a monthly email subscription. He never gave them an email address and they have nothing on record of an email address. They have been fraudulently charging his credit card for almost 9 months now at $29 from August 2016 through March 2017.
I placed a phone call to the 1-888 number and that person said there were no customer service representatives available for me to speak with. That they come in the office on Mon-Fri from 7:30am-5pm. She asked for my phone number and my email address. I gave her my phone number and stated I would not be giving her my email address until I found out whether they had an actual signature, or email by my father of his approving the charge. I said I would call back during the week on my lunch time.
Approximately 3 hours later i received a call from "representative. I guess they found someone to return my call. He asked me for an email. I said he phoned you. He ordered a golf club which he received. He was able to find the phone and mailing address. The representative said that all orders have it written on the order about the trial newsletter by email. I argued that how could he have seen the wording on an order that he placed with a phone call. Had he ordered it online, maybe he would have read that. They had nothing on file but his phone number and his mailing address. They clearly had his credit card information.
The representative said he could only go back 3 months to credit my dad's card. I told him that this would not stop me from filing a complaint to both BBB as well as to file fraud charges with the credit card company. I will be pursuing the remaining monies for my elderly father.
Company has placed recurring charge of $29 on my credit card (four so far) after viewing a free golf video allegedly from Hank Haney on the internet. Charges were placed without my knowlege or consent.
Exactly the same case as the complaints recorded above. Golf tailor have been debiting USD29 monthly from my Credit Card for 13 months - a service I did not subscribe to when I bought the Square to Square method CD. I am awaiting their response to my complaint.
AFTER PURCHASING A DVD FROM THE HANK HANEY GOLF SITE I WAS AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED IN A FREE TRAIL PROGRAM FOR VIDEO LESSONS THAT DEBITS THE CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE DVD . I HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS WITH THE FBI , MD ATTORNEY GENERAL. INTERNET CRIME COMMISSION , BBB ,FTC
They charged me $29 monthly for golf lessons which I only received once, when I sign up. When I discovered the recurring charge 6 moths had passed. So it cost me $180 plus...read on. I compalined to my credit card company . They put me in touch with GOlf Taylotr who said they couldn t stop the other 3 month of charges, which I noticed in my quarterly report from Capital this morning. 1 I complained in that I didn t remember having signed for a monthly service, but it didn t work. Capital 1 didn t do anything for me, nor did the company. I take some responsability because I probably didn t read the 120 pages of contract, but somebody, like the Consumer Protection should look into the wording of these internet companies. I can only imagine how many other people are subject to this kind of misleading coersion, and how many others make money for no work performed.

Ordered one course and unknowingly signed up for a monthly renewal. Very difficult to stop once the transaction was initiated.
Same complaints!
