This company is a scam!!! I had an AC issue and called them. It was a $15 part and took 15 minutes to install. The AC was fixed however they tried to sell me a new unit for $7500 and told me mine was no good. When I called Golden West to explain my dissatisfaction, I spoke with Sarah the manager. I explained after the tech left, I researched the part and checked pricing with other companies. It should have been the flat $89 service fee and $15 for the part. Sarah stated "Our business model is different" and refused to charge me a fair price for this work. Bottom line DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The multiple 1 star reviews are accurate. They are horrifically expensive, and have no issue over charging even their existing and satisfied clients.
