I was contacted by phone by Luciano Lama who said he had a buyer, Sika AG - Buyer Representative- Hiresh Mahto, that was interested in purchasing my timeshare in Mexico.
First I was told that I had to get a Foreign Investor Permit (RFC) so I wired $5,200 dollars to Soluciones Juridicas Premier - Lic. Juan Antonio Hernandez Gomez at Banco National de Mexicoto to pay the Secretary of Economy in Banco National de Mexico. Then I had to pay a State Tax of $10,395.00 so I wired this money again to Lic. Juan Antonio Hernandez Gomez at Banco National de Mexico. I received a document signed by Lic. Miriam Guadalupe Hernandez of Oficina Regional SAT in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. I had to pay $3,785 legal recording fee.
These wire transfers instructions were given to me by Nations Capital Inc. Title Services also in New York (Amanda Stone). I received dispersement forms from Nations Capital and I was supposed to receive the cost of the timeshare and be reinbursed the money I had wired. However, the money never arrived and when I called, they said it had been seized by Mexican Customs because the sale price of the timeshare did not match the amount of money they were wiring because of the reinbursement amounts had been added in.
To clear customs I was told to pay $19,509.60. Then I was told to pay $49,226.26 to Servicio de Administration Tributaria (SAT). Then Citibanamex charged me fine of $32,456.88 because it was being investigated for money laundering (Signed by Lic. Arturo Santisteban Olivares, the General Director of Cross-Border Division in CitiBanamex).
Then I was told the buyer who orignially wanted to buy my timeshare backed out, but that Golden Asia Realty would purchase, I just needed to pay $26,000 transfer fee. Then I was charged $36,683.17 from CitiBanamex to release the funds. Then SAT wanted $8,985 for administration closing costs. Finally, Golden Asia Realty said I needed to pay $49,000 dollars capital gain fees. I told them I had no more money. They offered to get me a loan from BlueLeaf Lending. I received a document from BlueLeaf Lending signed by Joseph D. Chang, Head Loan Offider of BlueLeaf Lending. I reached out to Blueleaf lending and they said that the loan document was falsified. They have filed fraudulant claims against their names.
I was then contacted by Stephen C. Lee, CEO of Golden Asia Realty. He said he was in Mexico City trying to close out my account and get me paid. He said that he had spoken with Mexican officials and that they had agreed to lower their cost of $49,000 to $27,000. I said no. Later he called and said he would pay $13,000 and I pay the $14,000 and that I could pay him back upon dispersement or keep the money because he didn't want it. I said I couldn't do it.
He called days later and said I only had to pay $9,990 but that upon dispursement would have to send the remaining balance of $17,010 to Mexico because they would not accept him, Stephen C Lee, helping me in anyway. Each time he called me from Mexico he was at phone number 558-526-2320 and I had to call Joseph Donohue at 914-339-0481 to contact him.
I have paid approximately $192,000 to Golden Asia Realty via Nations Capital Inc Title Services and have nothing to show except bank statements from Citibanamex showing this money in a CitiBanamex Trust Account opened by Scott Goldman Escrow Officer at Nations Capital Incorporated Title Services and Mexican documents showing fines paid.
