Gold Coast Management has been by far the worse management company to ever take over The Anacapa View Condos in Port Hueneme. These people are ruthless unreasonable jerk offs who have come to Anacapa View to make the homeowners life difficult because their ultimate goal is to take their homes. Like everyone states they are rude and unprofessional, the woman Kennedy never returns calls but when it comes to fining and harassing homeowners they will do that first thing. That Kennedy woman has admitted that they will do everything they can to drive people out of their homes in order to take them!
I am surprised this company is still in business. Their racist security company Archon gave me a towing ticket on my vehicle claiming my tags were expired. I called these jerks and explained that those tags are in fact in the mail because they were paid for, the idiot I spoke to told me that pretty much they don't give a s*** and will tow my car unless the new tags are on it. This has not only inconvenience me but also puts my life in danger since I have to park down the street and I come home late at night. No flexibility no care whatsoever and it's evident their ultimate goal is to harass homeowners out of their homes by fining them for stupid things.
When we had the heat waves these p****s were sending threatening letters to homeowners stating that they can't have fans in front of the windows because it looks ugly. However none of these condo units have air condition! But these demons are so inhumane that they rather people die of heat stroke in their own homes never mind if there is children or pets or old people in the homes! These inhumane practices should be illegal! However the bitches that serve on their board of directors get no fines for having fans on their windows! These people are disgusting vile jerks. If you are renting make sure the home is not managed by Gold Coast look at all the bad reviews and save your selves this pain and misery!
