About 14 months ago, I noticed on my company AMEX bill that GOGO has been charging me monthly. I had cancelled my monthly pass, but upon my next flight when i logged in, they had automatically signed me up again without any verification notice to myself. So months went by where I was billed and my company paid. I noticed this, then called GOGO. They canceled my account and I thought everything was fine. Now I am just noticing it happened AGAIN. They have been charging me monthly when I logged on to my account from a Delta flight WITHOUT notifying me that you were signing me back up for monthly charges. And my company has been paying AGAIN for numerous months. This is clearly a scam and must be illegal.
I have een a loyal Gogo customer for as long as they have offered Internet. My fees have gone up anod I have not complained. In Jan 2015 they put in place a monthly limit on the number of devices you can connect .... I own 9 devices any of which could be on my flight. As a result I am hitting that upper end of usability. I can understand one at a time. But a limit?????? This is not disclosed in teems of service nor in FAQ (in facet the FAQ contradict this). Come on Gogo. Quite treating your long term customers like thieves.
