Shocking. Ordered in Nov 2018 and it’s now Feb 2019 and I still haven’t received my product. I have emailed the customer service 4 times and had no response. Total scam, don’t order though them.
I have not recieved my parcel. These items were purchased on 7th January. I did recieve an email on 14th January stating my parcel was on its way. I went to check where my order is by clicking on the 'other tracking number' and recieved a message stating:- Unfortunately, your parcel reference number does not match a parcel reference number created on our system.
Since the 14th January, i have not recieved any update emails regarding my parcel. I have sent a message on messenger and numerous emails, still no reply and the money has come out of my account. Disgusting!!!! There should be a system where the money should not come out of the customers' account until the parcel/purchase is signed for, confirming its arrival. Innocent people are losing money. Karma will get you scammers!!!!!
They send phony tracking numbers.
You have zero recourse once they have your money.
They do not accept returns.
They do not reply to emails.
I had to dispute it through Paypal.
I got my money back.
PayPal is experiencing many claims against this company.
It doesn't look like they will be accepting Paypal for much longer.
They are in Hong Kong.
Sell your crap there.
They are just a scam site selling garbage.

If you still feel the need to buy their crap use s credit card so you can dispute it. Do not use a debit card.

STORM MEDIA LIMITED Company (aka Goalshopper) is based in Hong Kong. I feel very devalued as a customer and I feel I’ve been treated very disingenuously!! I ordered Iconic Hairbrush and it was not broken at first sight but when I put batteries in it did not work. I feel insulted that I am fighting a supplier for my money back for an item that was not working when it was received by me. I understand that every company has a different return policies but how fair is it that I didn’t receive product for over 2 months but they expect me to send it back within a week of discovering it was not working. The box was bent up and it came without a packing slip and BROKEN. They say I had it for 20 (or something days.. which is untrue)… I didn’t receive it until a week before I notified them so I’m not sure what happened there but it got me thinking so what if it was 20 days
Their company must have major lack of faith in their products if they are arguing to give me a replacement after (what they said) was 20 days!!! They obviously do not back the products they sell and FORCE consumers to keep items they received broken and on top of it all lose their money and not even get to use the product as advertised. It’s a real bummer that they cannot take my explanation and efforts to get this resolved at face value. Most suppliers I’ve dealt with practice blind faith, meaning, if I call them and tell them I didn’t receive a package they resend it to me with no questions (even if they showed the item scanned in). DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

My products were never sent. I can't get a hold of a live person.
I ordered 39.34 with my credit card and never received my order or a refund after 3 months of sending email after email to them. It went through PAYPAL to a name called STORMMEDIAL never order from either of them!
Never received my order,filed complaint to pay pal.
I ordered the lift bra size Xl. It states its an xl, but more like a xs in size. It might fit a 13 year old. Will definately never order from them again. I am trying to return this item, with absolutely no paper work, no packaging slip. Hopefully I hear back from them. So very disappointed.
I purchased a spray product from goalshoper for about usd65.45 money had been taken from my credit card. But goalshopper never deliver the items.

They had no trouble taking money from my account, but they have a lot of trouble sending me my order! Two months and still no product. Scammers. Never again order from overseas.

Turned it in Paypal. Storm Media already took money out of my account before they shipped my order. Paypal couldnt re imburse me because of that!!
