On May 12, 2021, I booked an appointment online for car detailing with Go Green. The appointment was for May 18, 2021. I paid $85 in full on May 12, 2021. I received a confirmation email that day confirming my appointment and my payment of $85.

On May 18, 2021, I arrived for my appointment and the car wash was permanently closed. They did not perform any services for me as expected and paid for. I was forced to take my car somewhere else.
I called the merchant several times to resolve the dispute and left multiple voicemail messages but never heard back.
After receiving a notice from BofA that Go Green is challening my dispute, I called Go Green to inquire as to why they are continuing to challenge the dispute with the credit card company and the “manager” told me the following:
o “The credit card company is lying, we are not challenging the dispute”
o “We cannot refund you because corporate office is closed”
