When my wife and I attended the presentation it was explained to us that we would be receiving a free cruise and were only required to pay the equivalent of what the taxes would be for the cruise as well as the flight. I then received the coupon and was prompted to send in a deposit of $99 per person which would be put toward the price of the trip(taxes) once we had booked. Initially when I attempted to book the first dates that I requested I was told that there was no availability so I was given an extension.
Today I attempted to book the trip and was first told that the port I requested was not available and then that there were no 7 day trips available but, there was a 6 night cruise that we could be booked on and of course they pushed the upgrade which I was curious about so I requested the prices of both the standard and the upgrade. The certificate indicates the starting prices for each length cruise that could become available so I was aware of what the starting cost would be but, it also stated that the deposit would be deducted from that starting price.
The agent then quoted the standard price to me which was about what it was advertised before deducting the deposit but, when I questioned if this was the price before the deposit her response was no the deposit was already deducted. Upon explaining that we were only supposed to pay the taxes she tried to convince me that this was the cost of all the taxes. I am a person that loves to cruise and I book my own cruises so I am very aware of the port taxes and all other taxes so I immediately requested a refund of my deposit.
This company falsly advertises and if you are unaware you will be fooled into thinking that they are giving you what they say they are but, while it turns out to be a pretty good deal "It ain't what they say it is" Run far away when you see goCRV please!
If I could give a -5 I would. This company sucks - I tried to book the water park only to be told you have to book 90 day after you pay the deposit. They don't mention this when they are selling you to come see their timeshare. We went to the presentation and we were told we could go whenever we wanted and that there are no black out days. Well we looked at their available dates and there are no weekends open. This company is the absolute worst. Don't do any business with them.
I and my husband purchased a 10 week vacation package through sundance. Go crv a partnered vendor operating with sundance provided us with a free vegas trip. The trip although free requires a down payment plus taxes. 198.00 down 368.93 out of pocket. The total 566.93 .Wow) i and my husband nevertook the trip. They withdrawn the money from our account and never gave us the trip neither a refund. Ripe off company, im so angry...
